Answering A application the right way ,A felony that has been turn into a misdem
I'm trying to put in a application with the federal goverment, and the question states. List all felony and misdemeanor convictions. How do I answer this question. The felony I had was reduce to a misdemeanor. The misdemeanor was dismissed.

you don't list it if you weren't convicted or pled guilty, if all they asked was for convictions not arrests.

If dismissed, you were never convicted.
