Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
What about if you are applying to a bank for a relationship manager position?
Also, I had runned my records through USIS who initially had a record reported on my name. I forwarded the expungement letter and they deleted the record from their database.
I had also runned my records through "SentryLink" and "Directscreening". Both has a record on my name and although I had forwarded the expungement letter, they do not want to clear my name. What should I do?
I am applying right now to another bank and I just got accepted, now they are going to run my records. I don't know through which company they are going to run my records. what do you suggest I should I do?.

USIS did right by you? Hard to believe. I would have a lawyer write a cease and desist letter to the other two. I'd be happy to help for a very reasonable fee.
What should you do? Accept the reality of the consequences of your crime and conviction.
Expungemen6t does not 'clear' your record. If expunged, the conviction would be retroactively withdrawn and the charges dismissed. That does not 'remove' the conviction, but merely changes the record to show 'conviction reversed and dismissed by expungement'. If expunged, you would be able to say 'no' to conviction on most private employment applications. However, the conviction is still a 'prior' for purposes of repeat offense, and must be disclosed on any application for government and professional licensing, bonding, security clearance, etc. That would include banking jobs, which have their own disclosure and employment disqualification requirements. The employer then can decide whether you are barred from employment because of your conviction.
