Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i was aressted for 11550, when i wouldnt tell him what he wanted to hear he kept askin me when the last time i used i told him 2 months ago he didnt want to hear that. i had use that day. thou.he says go ahead and turn around he put the cuffs on me i remember him calling it in and saying he had one detained i dont think he told me i was under arrest so then he proceded to go thru my pockets and takes me to the staition. the whole reason why he arrested me i think is because he wanted to search me cuz he ask me if he could i said no he said "thats not the answer of a innocent oerson". Im not on probation or parole.the whole reason whuy he pulled me over was bacause he thought i was someone else. thanks for your tim i do appreciate.

The legality of the arrest and of the search depends upon whether the officer had probable cause to arrest you. You need a good lawyer who will fight the search in court.
