Armed robbery/grandtheft

how much time will some one have to serve if they had a armed robbery/grandtheft and the firearm did go off but not intentionally. or what is the best and the worse case that he will; be looking at?

Nobody is going to believe that the firearm went off unintentionally.

There is a minimum 10 years in prison for robberies involving a firearm that is discharged during the robbery.

Plenty. Accidental or not, that shot adds 10 years time, I believe, on top of all the other charges they can bring in the Complaint. If you have prior 'strikes' you're in a world of hurt.
