Re: arraignments
You don't need an attorney to defend you if you are experienced and educated in the law and court proceedures and evidence, and know how to represent yourself in conflict with a professional prosecutor trying to put you in jail. Now, if you know enough to keep your mouth shut and simply plead not guilty and set a pre-trial date, you can go alone to the arraignment, but your need to ask the question proves that you need counsel from that point on. Feel free to contact if you decide you need counsel.
