Once a warrant has been issued, it is forever, unless you deal with it.

Statutes of limitation deal with when charges can be filed, not when arrests can be made. They thus have nothing to do with warrants. Unless the warrant is withdrawn (unlikely if the charges are as serious as what you describe), it will remain in effect until you surrender, are apprehended or die.

Warrants, and criminal records, are forever. Deal with it to avoid being taken to court in cuffs when you come in contact with law enforcement anywhere in the country.
