The only way to clear an arrest warrant is to go to that issuing court, with or without an attorney, 'answer' to the warrant and begin to deal properly with defending against the criminal charges that led to the warrant. When you consult with your attorney he will be able to advise whether you face immediate 'failing' or not. Petty theft charges should not.
