Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I got arrested for asult with a deadly weapon intent to cause body injury because my neighbor asked me to tase her private with a taeser then she called cops. I have witnesses that will testify that she was talking about doing this to get all day. Joking around saying she wanted me to do it too her

That will make for an interesting defense. You have a high burden of proof showing this was her desire, but if you really have credible witnesses to the events as you say, it might work. You need to hire defense counsel promptly, and do not discuss the case again except with him. Prosecutors are likely to read your postings and social media as part of their investigation. Don't confess on line again.
