Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was arrested for buying a box at target inside was merchandise that I did not know there was.. I was the only one arrested yet I have co defendants.. Question is can they convict me on buying a box when I did not know anything was in it.. they say these two people loaded the box and I bought it.. I did buy it but had no idea...

Trying to tell us your sad story is doing you no good, but could be informing the prosecution of your defenses and claims. Never discuss your case except in an attorney-client confidence, which is NOT here.

Hire criminal defense counsel and let him advise and inform you of how he can use whatever evidence you have in your defense most effectively. Just saying 'I didn't do it' is not evidence. Work with him.
