Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

not my but my ex was arrested for her second DUI controlled substance in the last 372 days. Also for transportation of controlled substace, second time in 372 days. Is she looking at jail time?

With those repeat offender charges, it is certainly possibl, as thosee statutes call for substantial 'time' if convicted. She needs to hire a good attorney to represent and defend her. Check for an attorney local to you, through the county Lawyer Referral Service or otherwise. Good luck.
