NO amount of advice or hints and tips from this site are of any value to you, other than: Do NOT discuss your case with anyone other than your attorney, and exercise your 5th Amendment right to SHUT UP. Do not 'negotiate' yourself. Unless you know how to effectively represent yourself in court against a professional prosecutor seeking to convict you of crimes that could put you in jail or prison, you should hire an experienced criminal defense attorney. If you can't afford private counsel, apply for the Public Defender.
