Best case, your lawyer beats the charges and you walk. Worst case, you are convicted of a felony and you never work again after doing jail or prison time. If you are seriously interested in retaining private counsel, call me anytime for a free consultation - well in advance of your first court date.

The 'worst' is conviction on four felonies with prison time on each. The reality is that your attorney should be able to get this case dealt down to the real charge that should have been brought, not the 'trumped up' felonies. Even with a prior, you can hope for a plea bargain with fines, probation, restitution, but little or no jail time, if handled right. What can you do? Hire an attorney, unless you know how to effectively represent yourself in court against a professional prosecutor intending to convict. No amount of free 'tips and hints' from here or anywhere else are going to effectively help you in your defense. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, feel free to contact me.
