within two court days.
If you think that rule is violated, request dismissal of the charges on your first court appearance.
Of course, before your actual release from jail, they could then re-file and re-arrest you as you leave the from door of the jail.

Generally speaking, arraignment must be within 72 hours of your arrest. This would put the deadline at 1:56 Monday morning. Since most counties don't have court at that time, I would say the end of business on Tuesday.
