Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i got arrested wife called police on me dont know what she said but we had a dissagreement. the cops came when we were settled in house. she physically abuses me has violent behavior all i do is block her hits. an example one time i bit her finger because she was trying to pull my mouth apart. i bit to protect myself. i have never been arrested have no background at all.how can i get out of this. i am out on bail.i want a divorce,
