Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i asked aquestion about my wifes texting a16yr old boy hundreds of times a day...
my other concern is that she may have sent him inapropriate images of herself (possably nude)thru her cell phone.
has she broken any laws if this is the case. the textes are going out of state(arizona)

Sending nude pictures to a minor could result in charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Texting anyone more that a few times a day means some mental/emotional problem. You wife needs immediate help.
