I was assulted and injured

How can the person who injured me held resposible for my medical bills?

By successfully suing them, or by a negotiated settlement with them. IF they have money to pay, or if they have insurance that would cover this [not likely], then it would be worth pursuing. Feel free to contact me if that is the case.
