Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Attempt of First Degree Residential Burglary, for a Minor?
What would the average punishment be for the ''violation of Sections 664-459-460(a) of the Penal Code (ATTEMPT-FIRST DEGREE RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY), a FELONY'' be for a minor?
Also, it says that the parent will share the punishment. If the child is sent to Juvi, will the parent be sent to prison as well?
Thank you for any answers.

4 years mid-range sentence for burglary under the Penal Code. With priors, higher time. Parents should get sued for payment of restitution, no jail unless they are also charged with child neglect, etc.
