Attemptive Murder

Hello i was wondering if there is any new laws to get my brothers out of prison, they got convicted for attemptive murder and they pled guilty to the charges, got sentenced to 20 years in state prison with an 85% they got 16 years straight and recently they got brought down from a 4th. Level to a 3rd. Level yard. I was wondering if there is any possibility where they can lower they can lower theyre time and get deported since they were brought from mexico illlegaly. Thankyou

"New laws" wouldn't have a thing to do with their sentences. If they had any appeal rights, they should have used them, but a guilty plea meant they essentially gave up their right to an appeal.

Nothing you have written suggests that your brothers are eligible for any reduction in their sentences. I might see some basis for such relief if I knew more about the case, but I doubt it.
