Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

im back with another question....if someone were sentenced to life without parole, and wants to take a polygraph test to prove inoocence would the results from the polygraph test hold up in courts like the 9th district and other courts... would getting a poly help with the appeal?

You mean 15 years after sentencing? Highly doubtful.

What he wants is irrelevant, as are polygraph tests. They aren't admissible in court, even if he could reopen the case, which he can't. The time for appeal was over almost 15 years ago.
