Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Bail exoneration
I was arrested and charged with a felony. I posted bail with a bondsman. Before ever going to court , the bail was exonerated. Am I entitled to get the 10% of the bail money back since the whole thing was squashed ?

NO! That was the insurance premium you paid him to get out of jail. That's the price of his service to you.
