bail

my friend was involve on a criminal case related to drugs ,he was arrested and relased on bail ,he latter fail to go to he's courtr and run away,it's been more than 10 years since then, he want's to get hi's life back .

it' he still have to go to jail?

There may be a statute of limitations on any warrants issued for his arrest. He should go to the court and check out the file (or have an attorney do it.) Good Luck.

Yes, probably. Running away and hiding doesn't void the original punishment he was facing, it only adds further jail time potential. He needs an attorney to help him sort out his problems and court issues. Have him contact me if interested in doing this right.
