Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Im currently out on bail for PC.529 and i missed my court date. I went to my bail bonds men and got a letter of reinstatement and took it to my public defenders office. i recieved a call from my public defender and she said that i have to go down to the court house and put myself back on calender so i went to the court house and asked the clerk if i can put myself back on calender. The clerk told me that there was nothing that i could do since my case was a felony and that my public defender had to do it. What do i do?
