battery charges

once battery charges are filed angainst a minor and they are arrested and pending trial can these charges be removed?

I'm not sure what you mean by "removed". The prosecutor can dismiss the charges, but if she doesn't then they will remain in place until either the defense wins a dismissal or the case goes to trial.

If the minor is charged as a minor, then the JD stays on his record in most places, until he becomes an adult. The file however is usually sealed and are usually not considered to be a criminal conviction. You should check with a lawyer to discuss the issues and ramifications further.

Removed before trial? After trial With or without a true finding..not sure of the question...a post "true" finding can be sealed after majority upon petition of the party.
