does an expunged record appear on a cori? When applying for a professional license, how do I answer the the questions regarding a misdemeanor for possession of an illegal drug that has been expunged? Thank you

Yes, you must disclose expungement on applications for govt employment, licensing or clearances, etc. Failure to do so is perjury and grounds for firing and possible prosecution.

All government apps., licenses contract work, contracts etc...require full disclosure, non-disclosure could be a crime and grounds for denial of benefit. Actually the State will follow the law regarding the impact of these types of cases...not all private entities are so informed,
