What can a 243 E1 and a 148 A1 be plea bargained down to so that person can still possess fire arms?

Conviction of any felony, some misdemeanors, or imposition of any domestic violence restraining order permanently bars you from possessing firearms. It is unlikely you will get by without such restraining order on the 243. Talk to your attorney.
