battery pc. 243
i was recently arrested for battery charges. its my first offense ever, and she is dropping the charges. will the d.a. most likely drop the charges, and if not, what should i do?

No, the DA will not likely drop the charges, and will subpoena her to trial to testify, along with the police that arrested you. You should get experienced counsel to represent you unless you like the prospect of jail time. Feel free to contact me is serious about defending this.
