Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Bench Warrant PC594

If someone has a bench warrant out for their arrest, will law enforcement actually come looking for them such as paying a visit to their house or place of employment? Or will they just get arrested if, for example, they get pulled over for speeding and it's discovered they have a warrant? The primary charge related to the warrant is PC594(A)B)2)A), if it matters.

Yes they will go to your home immediately if they have the personel or they will enforce it eventually by going to your home in periodic warrant sweeps. Have an attorney appear with you or on your behalf and deal with the charge. Contact me directly.

Surprise! Yes, you have a warrant out for your arrest -- they will arrest you! And it will be at the most inconvenient time and place imaginable like when you are driving Grandma to the doctor -- watch Grandma hitchhike home! Or maybe they will perp-walk you out the door of your former workplace while the boss and your former co-workers watch. Still want to be a fugitive?

Clear the warrant or risk both. Turn yourself into court and deal with the charges as you should have in the beginning. Having an attorney helps get a better deal and could keep you out of jail. Contact me if serious about getting help.
