Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My name is Berenice I have a big question, Is it possible to remove a strike? My boyfriend is in jail facing years we don't want the strike to add more is there any legal advice to help us out or even remove it??

Remove?
No. Criminal records are forever.
However, his attorney in the current case can TRY to negotiate a deal with the judge and prosecutor [for 'good cause'] that 'strikes the strike' for purposes of sentencing. No grantees. The three strikes law was put in for a reason, to enhance punishment of repeat offenders to try to discourage them from committing crimes.
