Blank sighed check
If someone gives you a blank signed check. but it was not used as was initaly intended. can you be charged with a crime.

You can be -charged- with a crime if the DA woke up on the wrong side of bed. Getting a conviction is more difficult. If Grandma gives you a blank check to buy milk, butter and eggs and you buy yourself a Rolex watch, and this can be proven, yes, you have committed a crime.
