Does any body have any experiance with or knowledge of...

Experience? Sure. But telling you war stories about it and giving you advice isn't going to do your husband the slightest good. If he has an attorney, talk to him about it, that's what he is paid for. If he has no attorney, hire one. Do you really think you husband can defend himself in trial with an experienced prosecuting attorney?
