Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
If i bought a gun, in the state of Nevada, and was left in my aunties car. Then she was pulled over, and her husband was a parole. The gun, along with some drugs was seized. How can i get my firearm back. i just purchased it, to i can go hunting. There was 0 ammo in car. How can i retrieve my gun?
