Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My boyfriend got arrested for having drugs on him but they weren't on him they were in a room an the cops said it was his room... what do I or him do?

Being arrested for and/or charged with possession of drugs does not imply that your boyfriend had them on him at the time. Most of my possessions are not on me right now, and I'll be the same is true of you.
