Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my boyfriend is in jail for domestic violence for allegedly hitting the mother of his child and the grandmother and a 17 year old. the courts are trying to give him five years for this but he didnt put his hands on any of them all 3 of them attacked him. so my question is will he get 5 years?

Whether he is convicted will be determined by the jury based upon admissible evidence at trail, not his excuses and stories to you. If convicted, yes he faces years in prison.
