Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my boyfriend is in jail for sales/ pocession of marijuana. he has 3 cases against him, one for failure to appear in court.. the other for pocession of marijuana. and the newest one which is pocession/sale of marijuana. i would like to know how much time is he looking at in county jail. and what i can do to help?

The best thing you can do for your boyfriend to get him private counsel. Without seeing the charges it's hard to comment on what kind of time he might be looking at. Sale can be treated as a felony. You really need to get him a private attorney.
