Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my boyfriend got pulled over with his two brothers in the car, he was in the back seat, the first brother got arrested for dui & they took my boyfriend for being drunk in the back seat & for being on sheriffs parole, his court said he could be released if he payed a 70$ fine, but his parole put a hold on him, whats going to happen?

Whats going to happen?
His parole officer may decide to violate his parole for being 'drunk in public'.
If so, he needs to get a good attorney in the area to defend him. Good luck.
