Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
hi my boyfriend and i have been taking care of his brothers (14 years old) for over 3 months while his mom is collecting food stamps and cash aid for him not giving him anything. we turned her in to fraud down at the foodstamp place. what will happen.... does she still get money for him even though i reported her? will she have to deal with court or charges against her.

You should have asked those questions before you took action. Welfare fraud is a felony with potential prison time, and certainly lose of benefits.
