My boyfriend is 20 years old and he is been charged for a pc187(a) and i wonder how long are trials going to last to determine his sentence? and what will his sentece be?..also after committing the crime he flee. a month later the police arrested him in tijuana mexico.

There is no way to answer that with any definitive answer. It depends on how long the prosecution and his defense attorney take to try the case. There is no way to predict how many hearings he is going to have, or how many prosecution witnesses that will be called. His sentence is just as indeterminate, because it can't be determined what he will be convicted for. He needs a criminal defense attorney, as soon as possible.
