Breaking and Entering

Can just tell me the difference between misdemeanor breaking and entering and felony breaking and entering? Thanks.

Basically, how you will be punished. For a misdemeanor, it's less than a year in jail. For a felony, it's more than a year in prison.

Whether you will be charged with a felony or a misdemeanor depends on the seriousness of the crime.
