I want to get the broker's license in DOI, but when they ask my background, should I list into it even the record said "Disposition: dismissal in Furth of Justic Per 1385

Should you lie and 'swear' on the application that there is no record? That will likely get you disqualified from licensing when they pull your 'rap sheet' and find the charges you didn't disclose. For govt licensing, you are required to list all criminal background, and then explain. If the original charges were not 'serious', it shouldn't 't be a problem.
