Brother charged with kidnap he did not do
My brother is in jail for kidnap and threats he did not do either his bail is 50k kidnap 25k for the threats how do we get the bail reduced and how do we set the record straight the girl says he did not kidnap her she does not speak english very well they did not get interp for her so she could tell them no he didn't the cop just said for both of them to shut up she is very young and was afraid to speak after the cop yelled at her she followed his order to shut up they hancuffed my bro tossed him in jail he made the mistake of say ''f you '' to the cop as he shoved in the car and yelled I will kill you and thats how the threat charge was added. the public defender is to busy to see him until a few mins before his next court date the 11th dec. how do we go about getting his bail reduced or dissmised?
