Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My brother in law has been arrested twice for domestic violence charges. The second time it was discovered that the woman had set up the scene as was seen from surveillance videos. After getting into another fight, the cops were called on him again but this time he left the scene and has been hiding out. Does he have a chance, what are the bigger consequences of him running? He wants to flee to another state just to avoid the situation but i think it's a bad idea. What is the best thing for him to do? Thanks
