Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My brother has 5 open cases for possession of Meth. He violated 3 times his prop 36 probation
What are his chances to not get any jail time? Can he be given an inpatient rehab program or house arrest?

His chances are excellent, of going to prison. With multiple probation/program violations, and multiple new felonies, how could you reasonably think otherwise? His lawyer has his work cut out for him to try to get him a plea bargain with residential long term treatment instead of prison.
