Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

burglary charge

I am on probation for this and they are accusing me of another one. I did not do anything and my friends that I was with ran and I got caught. I swear to god I did not do anything. I did not stay in the store because the manager was calling the cops and I was scared they where going to arrest me.One of my friends is willing to turn himself in and take the blame how can this help me and will they violate my probation?

Re: burglary charge

You better get good legal counsel, because you have some defense to the charges, IF you can properly present them and deal with the DA and court. Feel free to contact me if interested in doing this right, if the case is in SoCal.

Re: burglary charge

Why would your friend turn himself in and take the blame if you did not do anything? If he was involved in a burglary then, depending upon the facts, his taking responsibility for his conduct may be helpful to you. Your probation will not doubt be referred to the court for revocation. The DA need only prove the violation by a preponderance of the evidence. retain an attorney to represent you in this case.
