burglary warrant
Is there any basis for a felony burglary warrant, issued on a vehicle's registered owner only?

How would you expect anyone be able to answer that without seeing the warrant and discussing with you all the facts?
Regardless of the answer here, what good would it do you? Is the prosecutor going to look at a print out of the answer and apologize to you for the inconvenience?
You need to hire counsel to defend you, after asking him that question and disclosing all the facts.
