As I read your question, it is whether it is possible to be charged for transportation for sale, which is a felony, and simple possession, which is usually a misdemeanor. Often a person charged with possession for sale can be convicted of just simple possession, because it is what is known as a lesser included offense. So the short answer to your question is yes.

It's possible to get convicted and to be sentenced to jail also, unless you do something about it.

You can be charged with anything the police and DA think they can prove. Whether you can be convicted depends upon all the evidence and your lawyers ability to make it difficult for them to do so. If you are serious about getting legal counsel in this to defend you, feel free to contact me.
