how ca i get my creminal record to be sealed

hi, about 12 years ago i was 21. i false accused of petty-theft, enbezlement and grand theft . i got arrested and went to prission for 2 days until my husband bailme out .It was for the amount of $1000.00 . however , i went to court and plead not guilty . and found out the this lady planned the whole thing and the case was desmised because they lawyers found out taht it was a malitious prosecution from her side . the case was desmissed. i would like to know if this record can be sealed or removed.
