In Ca.How long does the D.A. have to file charges in a drug sales.They raided my house 2x pot 1st time meth 2nd time?

The District Attorney can bring charges anytime within the statute of limitations. Your post does not give enough info to allow a determination of the statute of limitations that is applicable to you, but it is almost always between one to four years in drug cases.
