Talk to your bail bondsman, that's what you paid him for. It should still apply.

Not unless the District Attorney has you rearrested on additional charges, or moves the court to increase your bail.

The bail company should re-assume the bond, if they're reputable. You may have to pay a reassumption fee. ...........David Wallin

Your original bond expired 15 days after your court date if no charges were filed. Your lawyer may be able to get you released OR without you having to pos bail. If not, most bond companies will either reassume/reissue the bond. Some charge a fee, others do it as a courtesy. If the charges are substantially different, a new bond (at a new premium) may be required.

Talk to two people: your bail agent and your lawyer.
