california drivers license suspension
How does a person apply for a restricted license from a suspended license? It was suspended for three years originally from traffic tickets that turned into warrents. its been six months.

If it was the court that suspended it, then you must make a motion to the court. If it was DMV, then an application for review. Either will need to be properly drafted and supported with appropriate evidence and persuasive argument. Feel free to contact me if you decide to get legal help and representation doing this.
