Re: california dui

It depends on several factors: is this the first DUI? If not, is it a second DUI within 10 years of the first DUI? What was the blood alcohol level? Is there a charge of child endangerment? All these factors determine what type of sentence you might receive if convicted.

Re: california dui

Depends on whether they also charge you with 'child endangerment', and whether you have priors. If both of those, you're facing some jail time. You won't know until you appear at arraignment, as they can add charges onto your case at any time. You'd better get counsel to help you on this. Feel free to contact me if interested, and in SoCal.
